"I am so happy to find a mechanic who treats everyone fairly! After a diagnosis which involved a test drive and going up on the rack, I was told there would be no charge. This is unheard of in the auto repair business. My dealership charges $90 for any diagnosis (no matter how small). I will definetly recommend Butler Automotive repair to everyone. They have made me a believer that not everyone is out to make a buck, some want to give a fair service for a fair price." |

Phenomenon Mechanic shop
My Daughter and I recently relocated to Georgia; our truck needed brakes, and was very weary of finding a mechanic that would not take us to the cleaners, considering we are women. I happened to run across Butler Automotive repair on the internet, their advertisement sounded good, so I stopped by and spoke to Kenny, the owner regarding my problem, what made him unique and made up my mind that he would become our mechanic? He suggested I check with the dealer ship to see if my truck was still under warranty for my brakes, that in it self spoke volumes, how many mechanics do you know would recommend such a thing? My truck needed a new rotor and the other had to be turned plus brakes, and was advised what had to be done to the truck in the near future... They are courteous and a friendly crew.

One of the few honest mechanics around!!
I have been coming to Kenny, owner of Butler Automotive Repair, since before he was owner. I first came to Kenny in 1992/1993 when he was working for Jack. Being friendly, polite and honest, I continued coming to him with all my car problems when he bought out Jack and started Butler ST Automotive. He has now moved farther from me but he is worth the extra drive. He has saved me money over the years by not doing what I don’t need and doing what needs to be done when it needs to be done; essentially he has treated me like family and taken care of me. He is the best and I hope to be able to continue coming to him for many more years.

We have used Kenny and the guys on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. The prices are reasonable and fair. we know exactly what to expect on any occasion and would highly recommend them to anybody.

Exceptional Customer Service, Quality Work, and Affordable Prices!!
My car needed the alternator checked out. I drove to the shop. They were courteous enough to give me a ride home while it was raining. Within a few hours my car was finished and now runs as smooth as ever. The price I paid was affordable. The quality of the work is A-1. The customer service is top notch. This a very professional business. I give it two thumbs up.
